A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the last item of goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
General Information
1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to provide adequate protection against damage during transport.
2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3. Please note that the recommendations set out in Sections 1 and 2 above are not a prerequisite for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
