Customs & Taxes
For orders to the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Australia, we cover customs duties and taxes. There are no additional fees.
For all other international orders, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees that may be incurred.
As well as for any delays that might potentially arise as a result.
RETURN
We want you to be completely happy with your new piece of jewelry from SANOIA. However, should you not be satisfied, you can easily return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that we can only accept returns if they are sent back on time and in accordance with our return policy.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and are not covered by SANOIA.
SANOIA does not accept unpaid return shipments and returns them to the sender.
